Mr. Beppe is a really nice and friendly guy. You can see he takes effort to keep his house clean and lovely, and it makes people who stay in his house feeling comfortable! I stayed there for only one night and needed to catch the plane in the early morning therefore he left the breakfast in the kitchen for me. Feel good just like home!
The only thing I need to complain is probably it is a bit far from lambro metro station, but it is still close to central.

This is a nice, well decorated flat in a quiet green part of Milan. Room is big and has an interesting historic touch - decorations and 50's building itself. The owner is intelligent and not obtrusive. You are getting a much better deal than in typical hotel for that price. Close enough (about 900 meters) to metro, railway and also not far from Linate airport. When you arrive for a first time, do not forget to ask owner for detailed directions!
Really, nothing to complain. Note, phone is answered just at published hours.

A nice owner always ready to help. Unusual interiors. I can recommend this B&B for sociable tourists who would enjoy staying in a family, since in fact the B&B is just an apartment where the owner lives in one room and rents the others.
But for me, the owner's winter clothes in drawers and wardrobe of my room were a surprise! It is a bit too personal for me, this service. Also, the mattress was too soft for my back. The only sign for the place is the letters "B&B" on the doorbell of a usual apartment.

Good price, you can access metro easy, good for 2-3 day stay. You can buy 3 day pass, there is route 55 bus that takes you to all the metro near by, first at Udine, then Lamborat, than Loreto. Walking is bit far like 1.4km, but if you use the bus (free with the metro pass), it stops right there at the B&B apartment. none the less very friendly host and good experience.

The owner is a very kind person and the accomodations are comfortable, cozy and with a vaguely warm retro style which makes you feel at home. The b&b is conveniently located in a residential and very quiet zone, in the nearby of a big park and from a 5 mins walk from the Lambrate Train Station, which is well served by both the metro and the bus lines. Near the b&b is also placed an outstanding restaurant/pizzeria named 'La Cappelletta', which offers genuine, delicious and tasty dishes at very competitive prices. All in all I liked the room, the location and the kindful manners of the owner (he even gave me a chocolate, as in the best hotels, for a "sweet welcome" and this underlines the great deal of care he shows to his customers).
The Bed & Breakfast is not located in the centre of Milano, still it can be reached in 15/20 mins from the Central Station thanks to the public transports. This is not a real con, as seen as I've already said that the quiet location is one of the best things offered by the b&b for anyone who, like me, wants to get some peaceful rest away from the noises of the city.

Breakfast was nice, the apartment was decorated nicely.
This is actually a room in a man's house in an apartment block. It is hard to find as there is no sign out the front , I thought I was in the wrong place. It not very central to sights of Milan. Station is a 5 min walk away, there are no shops or restuarants nearby. The shower was either hot or cold, warm was not an option.I Didn't feel comfortalble here.
